Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To protect the quality of every guest’s experience and honor the time reserved just for you, The Heiwa Head Spa kindly asks that you review our policies below: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price these fees help to cover the time set aside exclusively for you, which often cannot be filled at short notice Late Arrivals To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, your service will be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest, but the full service price will still apply.
